Jackie Phillips has extensive experience in operational management and quality systems, currently serving as the Operational Standards Manager at the Association for Project Management since June 2003. In this role, Jackie is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the quality management system, as well as overseeing compliance, risk mechanisms, and supplier procurement systems. Previously, Jackie worked at De La Rue from 1981 to 2003, starting as a Finishing Operative and advancing to Quality Manager, where responsibilities included conducting internal and supplier quality audits.
