Jacky Knickelbein is a Principal Delivery Engineer at Virgin Media O2 since August 2024 and serves as the Deputy Lead for the Scotland Network at the Association for Project Management in a volunteer capacity since April 2024. Previous experience includes roles as a Network Delivery Project Manager Apprentice at Virgin Media from July 2022 to July 2024 and as a Healthcare Partner at Lloyd's Pharmacy from January 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included providing exceptional healthcare service and managing stock. Additional roles include Policy Team Lead at D FINITIVE RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES, Owner of Mothers and Miracles Westcoast, Senior Category Manager at Clicks Group, and Buyer at Profile Engineering, demonstrating a diverse background in management, policy communication, and project delivery. Jacky holds a BA in Health and Social Sciences with a focus on Psychology from the University of South Africa and is currently pursuing a project management degree at BPP University.
