Tessa Neal is currently serving as a Policy and Public Affairs Advisor at the Association for Project Management since February 2024. Prior to this role, Tessa worked as a Policy and Communications Executive at Make UK from June 2023 to February 2024 and held various positions at Students' Union UCL, including Marketing & Communications Assistant and Sales & Events Assistant from August 2021 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes roles at Asthma + Lung UK as a Trusts & Corporate Fundraising Assistant and Trusts Fundraising Assistant from March 2019 to April 2021, and at Restorative Justice For All Institute as Secretariat of Youth Voice Journal in early 2019. Additional positions include cataloguing at THE FEMINIST LIBRARY LIMITED, publishing assistance at Sharpe Books, journal publishing at the National Institute of African Studies, researching and journalism at Euromoney Magazine, and news editing at The River Newspaper. Tessa holds an MSc in Public Policy from UCL (2020-2022) and a BA Hons in Journalism and Human Rights from Kingston University (2014-2017), along with an International Baccalaureate from Truro and Penwith College (2009-2011).
