Charlotte Cohen

Charlotte Cohen currently serves as the Executive Director of the Association for Public Art, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Charlotte was the Interim Executive Director at City of Asylum Pittsburgh from February to August 2023 and spent over seven years as Executive Director of the Brooklyn Arts Council from August 2015 to February 2023. Earlier in Charlotte's career, significant positions included Fine Arts Officer and Urban Developer Manager at the US General Services Administration from October 2005 to August 2015, and Director of the Percent for Art Program at the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs from November 1996 to July 2005. Charlotte Cohen holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History from The George Washington University.
