Michelle Avaroma

Michelle Avaroma currently serves as the Membership Engagement and Partnerships Manager at the Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management, where responsibilities include developing membership recruitment plans and fostering connections with members. Previously, Michelle held roles such as Program and Conference Manager at the same organization, overseeing the American Society of Health Economists Annual Conference, and Director of PeaceJam Mid-Atlantic, where efforts focused on youth leadership inspired by Nobel Peace Laureates. Additional experience includes Communications Coordinator for the Florida Network of Youth and Family Services, Development Assistant at the Foundation for Excellence in Education, and roles in recruitment and project management at Florida State University and Sesame Workshop. Michelle holds a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management and a Bachelor's in History and International Affairs from Florida State University.
