Theresa Field-Bobroski

Theresa (TC) Field-Bobroski has extensive experience in management and community engagement within the non-profit sector. Serving as Executive Director at Association Headquarters since April 2005, Theresa oversees the daily operations of national and international associations, with a focus on budget development, program management, and policy implementation. Previous roles include representing the Philadelphia Flyers as an Ice Girl from August 2006 to June 2008, where Theresa engaged with fans and assisted with ice maintenance, and serving as a Figure Skating Instructor at Grundy Ice Rink from 2004 to 2006, teaching basic skating skills to children. Theresa also worked as an Education Consultant at The Real Estate School from January 2004 to April 2005. Theresa holds a BS in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of San Francisco and an AS in Exercise and Sport Science from Camden County College.
