Hind Elbanna works with the Association House of Chicago as a Technology Program Supervisor and Technology Training Instructor. Previously, Hind worked as an Arabic Interpreter at HeartLand Alliance Marjorie Kovler Center, ESL and Citizenship Instructor at Aden Center, and Arabic and Spanish Interpreter at World Relief. Hind also served as a Computer Instructor, GED, ABE, and ASE teacher at Albany Park Community Center, and as a Computer teacher at Islamic Community Center Of Illinois ICCI Academy. Additionally, Hind has experience as an Executive Secretary at Cellular Integrated Services Company (CISCOM) and as a Computer Science Teacher and ICDL Trainer at the Ministry of Education. Hind holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Zarqa University.

Association House of Chicago is a non-profit organization offering human-services programs that address both immediate and personal development needs. Based in Humboldt Park, Association House works with a multicultural, largely Latino and African-American population of all ages in Chicago’s under-served neighborhoods. Association House promotes health and wellness, and creates opportunities for educational and economic advancement across five service areas: Child Welfare, Behavioral Health, Community Health, Workforce Development, and the Association House High School.
