Erica Klein

Erica Klein currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy & Programs at the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS), having transitioned from the role of Senior Director of Education. Previously, Erica held various positions at SmithBucklin from 2008 to 2021, culminating as the Education & Learning Services Senior Manager, where responsibilities included aligning with clients to achieve strategic education goals that generated over 3 million dollars annually. Erica's earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Director at Huntington Learning Center, where management of daily operations and customer service was prioritized. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with minors in Human Services and Family Studies from James Madison University, completed in 2006.
