Brenda Moscoso

Brenda Moscoso currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Safety Policy and Analysis at the Association of American Railroads. Prior to this role, Brenda held various positions at the Federal Railroad Administration, including Director of the Office of Safety Analysis and Staff Director of Planning and Evaluation. Brenda holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland, where Brenda also completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
