The current leadership team at Association of American Railroads has a wide range of experience in the industry. The president and CEO, Ian Jefferies, previously worked as President and CEO at Railinc Corp. and as Director of Information Technology at SEALAND before it was acquired by Maersk. The other members of the leadership team include a manager from Newport News Shipbuilding and a programmer/analyst from Norfolk Southern. All members of the team have a background in business and economics from the Strome College of Business.
