David Leese

David Leese possesses extensive experience in organizational leadership and health care management. Currently serving as a Facilitator at Core Strengths and Managing Director at Thinking Partner Coaching and Management Services, David is also an Executive Coach and Mentor at Thinking Partner Coaching. In addition, David contributes as a Full Member of the Association of Business Mentors and as a Non Executive Director for Beatson Cancer Charity. Previously, David held significant roles, including Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at James Gibb residential factors and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, respectively, where responsibilities encompassed community health services. David's earlier career includes various leadership positions within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and Liverpool Health Authority. Academically, David earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde and a BA (Hons) in Public Administration from De Montfort University.
