Michelle Lestas MBA is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in management consultancy and entrepreneurial ventures. As the Founder and CEO of MENTupLEADup since January 2022, Michelle designs tailored programs for business leaders utilizing the Executive Identity Model®. Michelle also serves as the Managing Director of Michelle Lestas Associates, a consultancy specializing in strategic turnaround solutions for C-Suite Executives, since 2000.
