Oluwaseyi Kehinde-Peters

Oluwaseyi Kehinde-Peters is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and mentoring roles. As the Executive Director of the Pan African Women Empowerment Network (PAWEN), Oluwaseyi has empowered over 2,500 female entrepreneurs across 33 African countries since January 2020. Currently serving as a Program Leader and Subject Matter Expert in Innovation & Entrepreneurship with Emeritus, Oluwaseyi leads a program for C-suite executives from leading global organizations. Additional mentoring roles include supporting UK entrepreneurs through the Help-to-Grow Program and assisting budding social entrepreneurs at the School for Social Entrepreneurs. Previous positions include Managing Director at Covantage Business Process Outsourcing Limited, where Oluwaseyi drove transformation and profitability, and Group Head of Strategy and HR Transformation at LKA Group, overseeing significant organizational improvements. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Fintech and Financial Markets from Nottingham Trent University and an MBA from the University of Bradford, among others.
