Tim Anderson CMgr FIC PCC is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business mentoring, coaching, and consultancy. Currently serving as Director for Learning, Professional Development & Quality at the Association of Business Mentors since February 2023, Tim has also been a Partner at Sales Improvement Services since November 2010, focusing on helping organizations achieve their goals through coaching and action-based learning. Additional roles include Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Certified CoachHub Coach, and Executive Coach at MoovOne, providing guidance to leaders across various sectors. Tim is actively involved with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as a volunteer and consultant, coordinating the Thames Valley Network and assessing for the International Standard for Mentoring and Coaching Programme. Educational qualifications include Level 7 Strategic Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and various diplomas in consulting and executive coaching.
