Rafael Plascencia is currently serving as the ACSA State President-Elect and holds multiple roles within the Association of California School Administrators. Previously, Rafael was the Director of Personnel and a Principal at Tustin Unified School District. Prior to that, Rafael served as the President of ACSA R17 and held various leadership positions at Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District. Rafael holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as a Master of Education in Student Counseling and Personnel Services.
