Stephen Pang

State Relations Advocate II at Association of California Water Agencies

Stephen Pang is a State Relations Advocate I at the Association of California Water Agencies since May 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen served as an Environmental Planner at Stantec from February 2019 to April 2023 and as a California Sea Grant State Fellow at the Delta Stewardship Council from February 2018 to November 2018. Stephen's earlier experience includes working as a Research Technician at the San José State University Research Foundation from May 2015 to February 2018, a Fisheries Technician at Tacoma Power from April 2013 to July 2014, and a Fisheries Biological Aide at Idaho Fish and Game from October 2012 to April 2013. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Ichthyology and Quantitative Marine Science from California State University, Monterey Bay, and a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography from the University of Washington.
