Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE)
Andrei Croitoru is a Partner at act legal Romania since June 2017, bringing extensive legal expertise to the firm. In addition to this role, Andrei is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Memberships include the International Association of Penal Law (AIDP) and membership on the Legal Experts Advisory Panel of Fair Trials. Andrei is also an Associate Member of the Asociatia Romana de Drept Penal al Afacerilor (ARDPA) and actively participates in the Asociatia pentru Prevenirea si Combaterea Fraudelor, as well as being a member of the European Criminal Bar Association and European Fraud and Compliance Lawyers from 2018 to 2025. Prior to the current position, Andrei served as an Associate at Zamfirescu Racoti & Partners from 2013 to 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Criminalistics and Criminal Science obtained from the University of Bucharest and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution.
