Dorothy Morelli

Dorothy Morelli has extensive experience in financial crime investigation and analysis, currently serving as a member of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators since 2006 and as a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners since September 2011. From January 2012 to July 2022, Dorothy worked as a Research Analyst at the Suffolk County Police Department, where analytical support was provided through various methods, including telephone analysis and social network investigations, utilizing software tools like IBM/I2 Analyst's Notebook and ESRI (ARCGIS). Additionally, Dorothy holds certifications from the Intermediate Fusion Center Analysis Training program and has held previous positions as a Grants Technician and Clerk Typist at the Suffolk County Police Department. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in General Management from Dowling College, a B.A. in Human Relations from St. Joseph's College, and an AAS in Criminal Justice from Farmingdale State College.
