Hannah Mensah

Hannah Mensah is a dedicated professional with experience in various customer service and operational roles. Currently serving as a Student Worker at the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners since April 2019 and as a Stock Associate at Nike since October 2019, Hannah also previously worked as a Smood Operator at Dr Smood Group and as Counter Staff at by CHLOE, where responsibilities included operating POS systems and mentoring team members. Prior experience includes a role as a Chocolatier at Godiva Chocolatier, where product knowledge and customer service were emphasized, and as a Pretrial Release Intern at Pretrial Release Services, gaining insight into the legal system. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation from John Jay College and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Onondaga Community College.
