Iyad Mourtada

Iyad Mourtada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and education, particularly in fraud examination and financial crime. As an ACFE Authorized Trainer since August 2014, Iyad has delivered CFE Exam Review Courses across the UAE, Oman, and Qatar. In addition to serving as Managing Director at OpenThinking Academy, which involves developing engaging digital content and training programs, Iyad has also contributed as an instructor for internal audit and anti-fraud courses at the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Iyad’s involvement with various organizations includes serving as a CeriFi Approved Training Provider for ACFCS and holding leadership roles within the IMA and ACFE chapters in the UAE and Qatar. Iyad holds multiple certifications and degrees, including an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance.
