Robert Barnes, CFE, has over a decade of experience in various roles within technology and customer service. Currently serving as a Network Administrator and previously as a Lead Member Services Representative at the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners since May 2013, Robert has developed expertise in managing system networks and supporting member services. Prior to this, experience as a Wireless Associate at Wal-Mart from June 2007 to June 2011 contributed to strong skills in customer interaction and technical support. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Park University, attended St. Philips Community College from 2008 to 2011, and is currently enrolled at Austin Community College.
