Helen Perkins

Helen Perkins has extensive experience in governance and strategic communications, currently serving as the Head of Governance Communications and Strategic Communications Adviser to the Chief Executive at ACCA since July 2014. Previously, Helen held the position of Head of Strategy Communications at ACCA from 2011 to July 2014, and over the years from 1998 to 2010, transitioned through various roles including Head of Council Communications, Business Development Manager in ACCA US, and Training Projects Manager. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Project Manager for Education and Training at CIMA from 1997 to 1998 and as ACCA Courses Manager at Accountancy Tutors from 1996 to 1997. Helen Perkins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Durham University between 1985 and 1988.
