Julie Dickson

Julie Dickson is an experienced professional currently serving as a Business Partner in Transformation at ACCA since January 2018, where responsibilities include aligning business functions with transformation strategies and providing strategic consulting for transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Julie held various senior management positions at Westpac New Zealand Limited from October 2015 to January 2018, including Senior Manager for Channel Services, Digital, and Senior Manager for Information & Enablement in the Change Centre of Excellence. In these roles, Julie focused on training development, project management, financial modeling, and operational restructuring. Julie's career began at Westpac Banking Corporation from May 2012 to October 2015, as Change Effectiveness Manager, overseeing change management and operational efficiency. Julie holds an Associate’s Degree in English Literature from The Open University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Glasgow.
