Reshma S.

Reshma S. currently serves as an Internal Audit Panel Member - Advisor and Vice Chair at ACCA since April 2025. Previously, Reshma was the Director of Audit and Risk at Clarion Housing Group, advising the CEO and participating in the Audit & Risk Committee and the Board from August 2021 to May 2025. Reshma also contributed significantly to Coeliac UK's Audit Committee, including a role as Interim Chair, and as a member of the Board of Trustees, focusing on governance, risk management, and strategic planning from October 2014 to June 2023. Earlier career experiences include positions such as Head of Internal Audit at Camelot, Internal Audit Director at Bupa, and Managing Director of EMEA Risk Governance at BNY Mellon. Reshma holds the title of Fellow of the Association (FCCA) from ACCA and has also studied with the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
