Victor Ayoola

Victor Ayoola, FCCA, serves as the Regional Head of Learning & Education-UK at ACCA, where responsibilities include leading initiatives for inclusion and diversity as the Global Chair of the community. With extensive experience in education management across Africa, Victor has overseen the national education department in Nigeria and contributed to the education development in multiple West and Central African countries. Previous roles include part-time lecturer positions at various institutions and finance management roles, demonstrating a strong background in both academia and financial administration. Victor holds an FCCA designation, is an Affiliate member of CIMA, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
