Rachel Almeida has extensive experience in event management and sponsorship. Rachel started their career as an Event Coordinator at Reed MIDEM in 2001, where they worked until 2004. Rachel then joined the Centre for Economic Policy Research as a Meetings Manager from 2004 to 2006. Rachel then joined AoC Create in 2006, where they held multiple roles including Conference Executive, Operations Manager - Events, and finally, Head of Events and Sponsorship from 2012 to 2019. Rachel's most recent position is as the Head of Events, Training, and Sponsorship at the Association of Colleges, which they have held since 2019.
Rachel Almeida attended Crompton House School for an unknown period of time. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Surrey in 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in German and Law in 2001. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours degree in Law and German from the same university during the same period of study.
