Rachel Costello

Rachel Costello has extensive experience in managing charitable trust programs, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Charitable Trust at the Association of Colleges since January 2008. Previous roles within the Association included managing the Charitable Trust and related awards programs, as well as interim support for charitable trust operations. Earlier career positions include roles at CMT Services Ltd and Rolls-Royce, where responsibilities spanned administrative support, human resources, purchasing, and communications. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loughborough University and has a diverse educational background including studies at Goldsmiths, University of London, Queen's College, Taunton, and The Royal School, Bath.
