Shcara Strudley Smith is an experienced project manager with a strong background in youth support and charitable organizations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the Association of Colleges since March 2022, Shcara previously held roles including Project and Pilots Manager at The Eikon Charity and Targeted Youth Support Practitioner at Surrey County Council. Earlier experience includes Project Manager and Project Officer positions at ReachOut UK, where Shcara contributed to mentoring projects for disadvantaged youths. Shcara has also engaged in educational support roles, having worked as an Intervention and Inclusion Para Educator at Waingels Community College and as a Project Worker at Catch22. A graduate of De Montfort University with a Bachelor's degree in Dance, Shcara combines a passion for youth development with robust project management skills.
