Jeffrey Giddings

Jeffrey Giddings is an experienced professional in investigations and oversight, currently serving as the Head of Investigations for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) since September 2019, where the role involves managing all aspects of the Investigation Service. In addition, Jeffrey is the Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for the Association of Corporate Investigators and serves on the Advisory Panel for core projects focusing on investigation principles. Previous positions include Senior Investigation Specialist at UNHCR, where operations for the first out-posted office in Africa were launched, and Investigations Specialist at the United Nations Population Fund, where administrative investigations on various misconduct cases were conducted. Jeffrey also held leadership roles at FTI Consulting, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, Smith Brandon International, Kroll Associates, and SIS International Research. Academic credentials include a Master of Criminal Justice from Boston University and a BS in International Business from Ithaca College.
