Judy Gaus, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Judy served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Operations at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) from 2015 until retirement, where Judy was a leader, mentor, and internal consultant, significantly enhancing employee engagement and retention. Prior to their role at AEM, Judy held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources & Administration at AEM from 1998 to 2014 and served as the Human Resources Manager for PrimeCo Personal Communications, overseeing HR activities for the company during its formative years. Judy began their career at Marquette University, progressing from Personnel Assistant to Human Resources Manager while managing numerous HR functions for a workforce of approximately 600. Education was obtained from the University of Phoenix.
