Sara Truesdale Mooney

Sara Truesdale Mooney, CAE, CEM, serves as Senior Vice President at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) since August 1999, overseeing Strategy, Membership Services, and Marketing. Sara has held several leadership roles within AEM, including Vice President for Strategy and Business Development, and Vice President of Exhibitions, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning for major exhibitions such as CONEXPO-CON/AGG and ICUEE, as well as developing initiatives to enhance member value. Previously, Sara's experience includes positions in marketing at Allen Edmonds and international marketing and media relations roles at the University of Oxford and the U.S. Embassy. Sara holds a B.A. in International Relations and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne and Université Bordeaux Montaigne.
