Tara Cowling is an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in marketing operations. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Marketing Operations at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) since November 2014, Tara has previously held roles as Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist within the same organization. Prior to AEM, Tara worked at Reader's Digest as a Digital Marketing Coordinator from July 2012 to November 2014 and held the position of Account Manager at Apexx Group, LLC from June 2011 to July 2012. Tara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completed in 2012.
