Kim Bobby

Kim Bobby, Ed.D., currently serves as Principal and Executive Search Consultant at AGB Search, LLC, with a focus on higher education senior leadership, conducting executive searches for various educational institutions across the country. Additionally, Kim Bobby is a Senior Advisor for Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at Prince George's Community College, where executive support was provided to the President, and Director of Leadership Programs for the American Council on Education.
