Randall Cooper

Randall Cooper has worked in the appliance manufacturing industry since 1985. Randall began their career at Caterpillar as a co-op in 1985 before joining Maytag in 1989. At Maytag, Cooper held various roles, including Product Design Engineering Manager, Product Design Evaluation Manager, Senior Design Engineer, and Design Engineer. In 2000, they moved to Whirlpool Corporation where they held the roles of Director - Design for Safety & Regulatory, Sr Principal Eng, Product Design Director, Product Approval Director, R&D Director, and Director, Design Verification and Freestanding Range Platform. Finally, in 2016, they joined the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) as the Vice President of Technical Operations and Standards.

Randall Cooper attended Iowa State University from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
