Rudy Dismuke is an experienced advisor in the upstream oil and gas sector and energy transition, currently serving on the Advisory Board for Blue Hydrogen and CCUS at Cozairo, and as an Independent Consultant providing strategic and commercial advice to various stakeholders in the industry. Dismuke is actively involved with the Association of International Energy Negotiators, contributing to the drafting of Model Hydrogen Joint Development and Operating Agreements and leading the AIEN Hydrogen Taskforce. Dismuke's previous roles at ExxonMobil include Upstream Commercial Advisor, Strategic Planning Advisor, and Business Development Advisor, with a notable career achievement of developing a commercial strategy that resulted in over 10 billion barrels of discoveries in Guyana and Brazil. Dismuke holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Rice University, alongside executive education credentials from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
