Ayana S. Lewis

Ayana S. Lewis is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various legal and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP since December 2021, Ayana is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and diversity efforts. In addition, Ayana holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Association of Legal Administrators, New York City Chapter, since April 2023. Previously, Ayana worked at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP as a Senior HR Generalist, and at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as a Human Resources Generalist, where key responsibilities included policy administration and benefits management. Ayana began a career in human resources as a Training Coordinator at Guardian Life. Ayana holds an Associate of Arts degree in Journalism from the State University of New York at Oswego and the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
