Craig A. Coffey

Craig A. Coffey, PCC, is the Founder and President of Way Maker Leadership LLC since February 2020, specializing in executive coaching for senior leaders and high-potential individuals, with a focus on enhancing career and personal development. Craig A. also creates and facilitates Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging workshops aimed at empowering leaders to effectively engage a diverse workforce. Currently, Coffey serves as an instructor and trainer for the Association of National Advertisers, leading courses on managing diverse teams, and as an executive coach for CMO Coaches, addressing the complexities faced in senior marketing roles. Previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Wells Fargo, Frontier Communications, Nokia, and PepsiCo, where Craig A. directed marketing strategies and initiatives that significantly contributed to organizational growth and transformation. Coffey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston College and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
