Jerusha H. has extensive experience in marketing training and development, currently serving as SVP of Marketing Capabilities & Curriculum Design at the Association of National Advertisers since June 2018, where responsibilities include transforming the learning portfolio and driving growth through a robust marketing training strategy. Prior to this role, Jerusha held the position of Vice President of Professional Development & Research at the Data & Marketing Association-US, leading initiatives in training and research for digital advertising. Jerusha's career began at ISPOR, where leadership in education services and international development encompassed the creation of global training resources in multiple languages and the establishment of a peer-reviewed journal in health economics for Latin America. Jerusha holds a Certificate of Completion in Health Technology Assessment from The University of Sheffield and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government, as well as French Language and Literature, from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
