Lauren O'Neill

Lauren O'Neill is an accomplished eLearning Instructional Designer at the Association of National Advertisers since November 2022, bringing a strong background in education and instructional design. Prior to this role, Lauren served as an Educator with the NYC Department of Education from August 2019 to September 2022 and at Success Academy Charter Schools from July 2016 to June 2019. Early career experience includes a position as a Program Assistant at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House from February 2015 to July 2016 and as a Social Media Manager for Sandy Hook Promise from June 2013 to September 2014. Lauren holds a Graduate Certificate in E-Learning Instructional Design and Development from Oregon State University (2022-2023), a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) in Childhood Special Education with a focus on Learning Disabilities from Hunter College, and a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College.
