Joyce Gioia, MBA, CSP, CMC, FIMC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and futurism. Since August 1996, Joyce has served as the CEO, Celebrity Futurist, and Professional Speaker at The Herman Group, Inc., where the focus is on assisting top management in making informed decisions about future trends. Additionally, Joyce has led global marketing efforts as CEO of the Association of Professional Futurists since 2002 and serves as CEO at Employer of Choice International, Inc., which certifies organizations as Employers of Choice. Joyce is actively involved in multiple professional organizations, including the Institute of Management Consultants and the National Speakers Association.
