Dr. Chris Ingate

Dr. Chris Ingate is an experienced professional currently working as the ASCL Pay & Conditions Specialist at the Association of School and College Leaders. With a background as a Principal at Birchwood High School and Deputy Head at The Plume School, Dr. Ingate brings a wealth of expertise to their role.
