Bobbie Hartman

Bobbie Hartman has extensive work experience in marketing, publications, and communications. Currently, they are employed as the Marketing and Content Strategy Manager at ASWB - Association of Social Work Boards, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, Bobbie held various roles at the Association of Social Work Boards, including Marketing and Publications Manager from June 2015 to August 2021, and Publications and Web Applications Coordinator from February 2002 to May 2015. Before joining the association, Bobbie worked as a Communications Specialist at Easter Associates, Inc. from March 2001 to January 2002. Their earliest known role was as a Business Development Coordinator at HAYES, SEAY, MATTERN & MATTERN, INC. from March 1997 to February 2001, where they were responsible for coordinating the creation of business proposals for a full-service architecture and engineering firm, serving clients that included federal, state, and local government agencies.

Bobbie Hartman pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/communications from Roanoke College, which took four years from 1986 to 1990. Subsequently, from 1991 to 1992, Bobbie attended Virginia Tech to obtain a Master of Fine Arts degree in Arts Administration.
