Sophie Lismonde

Sophie Lismonde has extensive experience in managerial skills, digital transformation, and alliance management. Since September 2013, Sophie has served as a Lecturer in Managerial Skills and International MBA at Business School Netherlands, focusing on digital firm management and creative problem-solving. As a board member for the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals in the BeNeLux region since 2011 and co-founder of Consensa, an advisory firm specializing in alliance management, Sophie has dedicated a significant portion of her career to facilitating strategic partnerships and public-private collaborations. In addition, Sophie has been self-employed since 2008, providing consulting in digital transformation and management coaching across various domains. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at Across, E-communications Coordinator at Dexia, and Digital Communications Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Sophie holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Flanders Business School and a Master in Organisational Psychology from KU Leuven.
