Eugene Ryser is a seasoned information systems professional with extensive experience in system integration, project management, and database administration. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at the Association of Washington Cities since November 2011, Eugene manages system integrations and oversees third-party vendors. As the owner of Eugene Ryser Consulting since June 2006, Eugene provides technical consulting and management guidance for web and database hosting, specifically with the CATALYST system, and has contributed to health programs in multiple states. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Developer at Starling Systems and Lead Software Developer for the County Road Administration Board, where Eugene acted as the senior technical advisor for 39 county road departments. Eugene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Whitworth College, earned in 1984.
