Tim J. Shoemaker, MBA, has extensive experience in systems and network administration, currently serving as Systems Administrator at the Association of Washington Cities since November 2007, managing Microsoft 365 Tenant services and organizational infrastructure. Since June 2006, Tim has also been a Network Administrator at South Bay Veterinary Hospital, overseeing network equipment setup and consulting. Previous roles include Network Administrator at LPB Energy Management, providing enterprise network solutions, and consulting for small and medium businesses at NWS Technology Services. Tim's career began with positions at Computer Systems West and First Step Internet, where responsibilities included developing wireless services and designing enterprise networks. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from Brandman University and a Bachelor of General Studies in Communications from the University of Nevada, Reno.
