Fernando T. Gomez Lmsw

Fernando T. Gomez, LMSW, is an experienced social work professional currently serving as a Social Work Supervisor at St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children since August 2022 and as a Child & Family Therapist at the Association to Benefit Children since June 2023. Previous roles include Program Director for the Social Adult Dementia Program and Group Services & Volunteer Supervisor at JASA from August 2019 to August 2022, and Activities and Volunteer Coordinator at The Actors Fund from December 2015 to July 2019. Fernando has a diverse background in social services, having also worked as a Case Manager, Summer Camp Manager at Hartley House, and an AmeriCorps IEP Case Manager/Special Education Teacher at New Visions Charter High School. Currently pursuing a Post-Master’s Certificate in Child & Family Therapy from New York University, Fernando holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University.
