Crystal Ducker has been with Associations International since June 2008, where Crystal currently holds the title of Vice President for the International SPA Association. Before that, Crystal worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky as Deputy Secretary/Director of Special Programs for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and also served as Assistant to the Governor.
