Paolo Dellavesa is a skilled enologist currently working at Enartis since September 2020. With a strong background in viticulture and enology, Paolo has held various roles, including sommelier at Associazione Italiana Sommelier since January 2015, and enologist positions at Podere Rocche dei Manzoni and Azienda Vitivinicola Conterno Giacomo. Prior experience includes an internship at Enosis srl, where Paolo gained hands-on experience in laboratory work and vinification techniques, and a student internship at Masi Agricola, focusing on grape quality evaluation and harvest timing.
