Marie-Catherine Padiolleau

Marie-Catherine PADIOLLEAU serves as the Responsable de projet formation at WENOFORMATION since October 2023, focusing on identifying training needs and designing skill development tools. Additionally, Marie-Catherine has been a Formatrice/Accompagnatrice en TRE at Assofac and has held various roles in training and professional development, including Formatrice/Accompagnatrice de FPA at CAFOC de Versailles and Formatrice Professionnelle at GRETA 92. With extensive experience in adult education and certification processes, Marie-Catherine has contributed to professional training programs at AFPA and holds a Titre Professionnel de Niv 6 (Licence) in Responsible Project of Training from CNAM Paris.
