Kevin Klagge

Mr. Klagge is a Partner of Assouline & Berlowe concentrating in business law (as outside general counsel) and complex business and insurance disputes in federal and state courts. Mr. Klagge began his career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 11th Judicial Circuit, Miami-Dade County, Florida. Mr. Klagge has extensive trial experience, including nearly 50 trials. Mr. Klagge has represented a wide range of clients in transactions and litigation, including international companies, Fortune 100 companies, insurance companies, private equity groups, and individuals with pressing legal needs.

Mr. Klagge earned his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, graduating with the highest honor of summa cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Klagge was a member of the Transnational Law Review, and he received recognition for achieving the top mark in several courses. Mr. Klagge clerked with First Justice of the Massachusetts Trial Court, and he interned with the Judge Advocate General for the United States Coast Guard. Mr. Klagge earned his BS degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University.
